We are aware of an issue preventing students from purchasing Proctorio Plus features for proctored assignments in Connect. Assignments using free Proctorio features are functioning as expected. Our teams are actively working with our service provider, Proctorio, to investigate and resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward a resolution. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Our teams continue working toward a resolution for the search-related functionality affecting HigherEd. A fix is being prepared and is undergoing validation prior to deployment. The affected functionality may continue to experience degraded performance in the meantime. We will provide additional updates as progress is made.

We are currently investigating an issue with student time spent data being correctly logged but not appearing for students on the ebook digital landing page. This issue only affects Norton ebooks and student accounts. Norton Illumine ebooks and instructor accounts do not have this visualization error. We will post updates here as we work to resolve this issue.
